Steelcast Limited confirms securities dematerialization process completed for quarter ended September 30, 2026

Steelcast Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that, pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, and a certificate dated October 13, 2026, from M/s. Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd., the company confirmed that securities received for dematerialization were accepted or rejected by the depositories, were listed on stock exchanges, and that security certificates have been mutilated and cancelled with the depositories substituted as registered owners within the stipulated time for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
