Goel Food Products Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that no dematerialization requests for equity shares were received from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, and as certified by Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Bigshare Services Private Limited.
