ITI Limited reported securities acceptance and cancellation confirmations to Indian stock exchanges

ITI Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, the company’s Registrar of Transfer Agent, has confirmed the acceptance and cancellation of securities received for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
