CG Power to convene board meeting October 23 to review financial results

CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Friday, October 23, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the half year and quarter ended September 30, 2026, on both standalone and consolidated bases, according to a regulatory filing. The trading window for designated persons will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the results, in accordance with SEBI’s insider trading regulations.
