IL&FS Investment Managers confirms regulatory compliance for quarter ended September 2026

IL&FS Investment Managers Limited submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange Limited and BSE Limited on October 14, 2026, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as certified by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited.
