Resgen Limited reported compliance with SEBI regulations for the quarter ending September 30, 2026

Resgen Limited, formerly Eco Janitors Pvt. Ltd., submitted a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the regulation is not applicable as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests were received, according to a filing by Bigshare Services Private Limited.
