DRC Systems India to acquire 49% stake in Skizzle Technolabs for up to Rs 20 lakh

DRC Systems India Limited announced it has approved the acquisition of a 49.00% stake in Skizzle Technolabs India Private Limited from existing shareholders for an aggregate consideration not exceeding Rs 20,00,000, instead of a previously proposed fresh investment, and will complete the acquisition by March 31, 2027, subject to certain conditions. The company also approved the divestment of its entire 49.18% stake in Inexture Solutions Limited, which will cease to be an associate company upon completion of the transaction, expected within 60 days and for a consideration not exceeding Rs 1.02 crore.
