Madhav Marbles submits certificate to exchanges via Registrar Ankit Consultancy

Madhav Marbles and Granites Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that it is forwarding a certificate from M/s Ankit Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., the Registrar and Transfer Agents of the Company, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018.
