ELANTAS Beck India to review financial results at board meeting on October 28

ELANTAS Beck India Ltd. will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The company also announced that the trading window for its designated persons will remain closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
