Vaibhav Global to review financial results and potential dividend at October board meeting

Vaibhav Global Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to consider a second interim dividend on the equity share capital for the financial year 2026-27. The company also announced that the trading window for dealing in its shares will remain closed until October 30, 2026, following the board meeting.
