HIRA AUTOMOBILES LIMITED, in a filing with the BSE Limited on October 14, 2026, reported receiving a confirmation certificate from its Registrar and Transfer Agent, Beetal Financial & Computer Services (P) LTD, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, pertaining to dematerialization of securities under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
