Vishal Mega Mart Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, the company said in a filing. The trading window for dealing in the company's securities is closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, and will remain closed for up to 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results.
