Anirit Ventures Limited, formerly Flora Textiles Limited, has submitted certificates to the BSE Limited and National Securities Depository Limited, as received from Kfin Technologies Limited, regarding the dematerialization and rematerialization of securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
