SIS Limited repurchased 50,000 shares via Elara Securities in October 2026

SIS Limited announced it bought back 5,000 equity shares through Elara Securities (India) Private Limited on the BSE and 45,000 shares on the NSE on October 13, 2026, as part of its ongoing share buyback program, bringing the total number of shares repurchased to 24,40,968.
