Juniper Green Energy submitted a certificate to Indian exchanges regarding share holdings

Juniper Green Energy Limited, formerly Juniper Green Energy Private Limited, submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. The certificate, dated October 12, 2026, and provided by KFin Technologies Limited, registrar to an issue and share transfer agent of the company, confirmed that all shares are held in electronic mode and no rematerialisation requests were received during the period.
