SBI Funds Management appoints R.S. Srinivas Jain as Joint Chief Executive Officer

SBI Funds Management Limited announced the appointment of Mr. R.S. Srinivas Jain as Joint Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective October 13, 2026, based on a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Jain, previously Executive President, Chief of Strategy, Digital & Technology, Marketing and Head of Investor Relations at SBI Funds Management Limited since May 7, 2001, brings over 34 years of experience in the BFSI sector, including 27 years in the mutual fund industry. The company also listed the revised list of Key Managerial Personnel, including Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Debasish Mishra and Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer Mr. Denys Charles Jean Marie Fougeroux De Campigneulles.
