Ravelcare Limited confirms no share dematerialization requests to KFin Technologies

Ravelcare Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited, confirming that KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, did not receive any requests for dematerialization or re-materialization of shares during the period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
