Welspun Global Holdings establishes Welspun Global Jordan subsidiary with JOD 50,000 capital

Welspun Corp Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Welspun Global Holdings Limited, based in Dubai International Financial Centre, UAE, has incorporated a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary, Welspun Global Jordan, in Jordan, effective October 12, 2026, with an initial paid-up share capital of Jordanian Dinar 50,000.
