Novus Loyalty Limited confirms all shares are dematerialized per SEBI regulations

Novus Loyalty Limited, formerly Novus Loyalty Pvt. Ltd., informed the BSE Limited that it is enclosing a certificate issued by KFin Technologies Limited, acting as Registrar and Transfer Agent, confirming that all shares of the company were in dematerialized form and no requests for rematerialisation were received for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
