Step Two Corporation Ltd. submitted a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the dematerialization of securities and their listing on stock exchanges, with Nice Technologies Pvt. Ltd. acting as the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA).
