Ajax Engineering confirms no demat requests received in latest quarterly filing

Ajax Engineering Limited, formerly known as Ajax Engineering Private Limited, submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 13, 2026, confirming that no demat requests were received for processing during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in electronic mode, according to a filing by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, the company’s registrar and share transfer agent.
