Mindteck submitted a regulatory certificate regarding dematerialization of securities for Q3 2026

Mindteck (India) Limited submitted a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the acceptance or rejection of securities received from depository participants for dematerialization and their subsequent listing on stock exchanges. The certificate, issued by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, also stated that security certificates received for dematerialization were mutilated and cancelled after verification and the names of the depositors were substituted in the register of members.
