Kedia Construction completes share allotment to Kirti Investments following tribunal approval

Kedia Construction Company Limited announced that its board approved the allotment of 83,60,000 equity shares of Indian Rupees 1 each to members of Kirti Investments Limited, the Transferor Company, as on the record date of September 18, 2026, to give effect to the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation between Kirti Investments Limited and Kedia Construction Company Limited, following approval by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench. Additionally, 2,98,000 equity shares held by Kirti Investments Limited were cancelled, resulting in an issued, subscribed, and paid-up capital of 1,10,62,000 shares.
