Tandhan Energies to establish Kolkata office and preferential warrants bank account

Tandhan Energies Limited, formerly known as Shah Foods Limited, will hold a board meeting on Friday, 16th October 2026, to consider the establishment of a corporate office at Martin Burn Business Park in Kolkata, West Bengal, and to open a designated bank account with ICICI Bank Limited for a preferential issue of warrants. The board will also review compliance reports for the quarter ended 30th September 2026 and address operational compliances related to the company’s name change from Shah Foods Limited to Tandhan Energies Limited.
