Shantai Industries to convene a board meeting in Surat to review financial results

Shantai Industries Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. at its registered office in Surat, Gujarat, to consider and approve the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with a limited review report. The trading window for equity shares of the company is closed for directors, officers, designated employees, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
