Mangal Electrical Industries confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the September quarter

Mangal Electrical Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable to the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no requests for rematerialisation or dematerialisation were received.
