Varyaa Creations confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the quarter ended September 30, 2026

Varyaa Creations Limited informed the BSE Limited that Bigshare Services Private Limited, the company's registrar and share transfer agent, confirmed that Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable to Varyaa Creations Limited for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests were received.
