Indian Oil Corporation to review financial results at a board meeting October 30

Indian Oil Corporation Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, October 30, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, the company said in a filing to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Ltd. Trading window for dealing in securities of IndianOil will remain closed until November 1, 2026, for all 'Insiders' as per the Insider Trading Code of the Company.
