Amarnath Securities reports no dematerialization requests received between July and September

Amarnath Securities Limited, in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange on October 13, 2026, reported receiving a certificate from Bigshare Services Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, confirming that no dematerialization requests for equity shares of the company were received during the period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
