Nettlinx Limited confirms securities dematerialization and cancellation per SEBI regulations

Nettlinx Limited, an India-based company with BSE Scrip Code 511658, certified to the BSE Limited and Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited that securities received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled, and that the securities which were dematerialized are listed on the Stock Exchange where the earlier issued securities are listed, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. Venture Capital & Corporate Investments Pvt. Ltd, the Registrar and Transfer Agent of Nettlinx Limited, also certified that no securities were received for dematerialization or rematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
