RAAMA FINANCE LIMITED, formerly known as Ramchandra Leasing & Finance Limited, submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 13, 2026, confirming the dematerialization of share certificates between July 1, 2026, and September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, with Purva Sharegistry (I) Pvt. Ltd. acting as the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
