ICICI Life Insurance allots equity shares under employee stock unit scheme

ICICI Life Insurance Limited, formerly known as ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, announced the allotment of 1,552 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each on October 13, 2026, under the ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited - Employees Stock Unit Scheme (2023), as approved by the Managing Director & CEO.
