Palred Technologies confirms securities dematerialization completion per SEBI regulations

Palred Technologies Limited, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, certified that securities received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled, and the name of the depository substituted in its records, based on a certificate from KFIN Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
