Antony Waste Handling confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the quarter ending September 30, 2026

Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it has received a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, stating that all securities of the company are held in dematerialized form.
