ICICI Prudential Asset Management confirms no securities dematerialisation requests during Q3 2026

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that it received a certificate from KFin Technologies Limited, its registrar and transfer agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirming that no securities were received from depository participants for dematerialisation or rematerialisation during that period.
