Ujaas Energy confirms compliance with SEBI regulations regarding dematerialized shares

Ujaas Energy Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that Bigshare Services Private Limited confirmed compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, noting that the company’s shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests were received.
