Bharat Parenterals revises EGM notice due to SEBI regulations and a Rs 100 crore issue

Bharat Parenterals Limited has issued a corrigendum to the notice of its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for October 23, 2026, following a direction from the BSE Limited. The corrigendum, pertaining to Item No. 1 concerning a proposed preferential issue of equity shares, includes additional disclosures regarding the appointment of Crisil Ratings Limited as a monitoring agency, as required by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations due to the issue size exceeding Rs 100 crore.
