MT Educare Limited, under corporate insolvency resolution process, submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 13, 2026, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
