Energy Development Company Limited confirms receipt of certificate from Niche Technologies

Energy Development Company Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited that it received a confirmation certificate from M/s. Niche Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
