Caliber Mining submitted a regulatory certificate to the NSE and BSE exchanges

Caliber Mining and Logistics Limited, formerly known as Caliber Mercantile Private Limited, submitted a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, as confirmed by KFin Technologies Limited, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
