Pavna Industries divested a 50.74% stake in Pavna Auto Engineering to Mrs. Priya Jain for Rs 8,79,72,057

Pavna Industries Limited completed the disinvestment and transfer of its entire 50.74% stake, comprising 30,901 Equity shares, in its subsidiary, Pavna Auto Engineering Private Limited, to Mrs. Priya Jain on October 13, 2026, for Rs 8,79,72,057. Consequently, Pavna Auto Engineering Private Limited ceased to be a direct subsidiary of Pavna Industries Limited, and the transaction, which involved a buyer belonging to the promoter group, was conducted at arm’s length. The company stated the disinvestment is expected to unlock value for shareholders, optimize its investment portfolio, and strengthen its balance sheet, with proceeds to be reinvested in the two-wheeler or three-wheeler auto industry.
