Sarda Energy & Minerals closes trading window ahead of financial results review

Sarda Energy & Minerals Ltd. informed the BSE Ltd and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will remain closed from October 1, 2026, until November 2, 2026, in accordance with insider trading regulations, ahead of a board meeting scheduled for October 31, 2026, to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
