Goodluck India confirms MAS Services compliance with SEBI regulations for September quarter

Goodluck India Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that M/s. MAS SERVICES LIMITED, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has confirmed compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, regarding the dematerialization of securities.
