Bal Pharma disbursed a Rs 1.20 per share dividend following its annual meeting

Bal Pharma Limited announced that it has disbursed a final dividend of Rs 1.20 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2025–26, following approval at its 39th Annual General Meeting on September 24, 2026. The company withheld dividend payments for shareholders with incomplete KYC details or invalid bank accounts, and those amounts will be transferred to the Company’s Unpaid Dividend Account after 30 days, in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013. Shareholders are advised to update their KYC and bank account details with MUFG Intime India Private Limited, the company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent, to facilitate the release of withheld dividends.
