Prima Agro Limited announced the passing of Chairman & Managing Director S K Gupta

Prima Agro Limited informed the BSE Limited that Mr. S K Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director of the company, died on October 13, 2026, according to a filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; Mr. Gupta was also the Chairman & Managing Director of Prima Industries Limited.
