Genesys International confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the quarter ending September 30, 2026

Genesys International Corporation Limited announced that it received a certificate from Bigshare Services Private Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, certifying compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
