Aztec Fluids & Machinery confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the September quarter

Aztec Fluids & Machinery Ltd. submitted a confirmation certificate to the BSE Limited for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, received from Registrar and Transfer Agent, M/s. Bigshare Services Private Limited, stating that Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable to the company as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests were received.
