Riwind Green Energy plans to raise funds via equity shares and other securities

Riwind Green Energy Limited, formerly CMX Holdings Ltd, will hold a board meeting on October 16, 2026, to consider and evaluate a proposal to raise funds through the issuance of equity shares and/or other eligible securities or instruments, including preference shares, convertible or non-convertible debentures, warrants, and equity-linked securities, in one or more tranches through various permissible modes.
