TD Power Systems Limited has closed a Qualified Institutions Placement of 77,41,935 equity shares at an issue price of Rs 775 per share, including a premium of Rs 774 per share, according to a regulatory filing on October 12, 2026. The company’s Fund Raising Committee approved the allocation to eligible qualified institutional buyers at a discount of 0.05% to the floor price of Rs 775.35 per share, as per the terms of the placement.
