Rajesh Power Services confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the September quarter

Rajesh Power Services Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 12, 2026, confirming that Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in dematerialized form and no requests for dematerialization were received, according to a filing by Bigshare Services Private Limited.
